Abstract: Marbled Grouper (Epinephelus micro clone) targeted for demand local and international market. The problem on the production of seed marbled grouper was reared technique for larvae was taken lowers of survival rate. Development of during early life stages marbled grouper had metamorphosis and change of physiology as the digestive enzyme. This research was carried out to determine protease enzyme of marbled grouper larvae. The activity of protease enzyme was conducted on day 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35.
