The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence Against Employee Performance At Tamalanrea District of Makassar. The population in this study is the District Tamalanrea Employees In Makassar City with a sample size 8 0 people. Methods in collecting data in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis was used to measure Competence Factor Effect Against Employee Performance At Tamalanrea District of Makassar.
